Privacy Policy
Effective August 27, 2026. This Policy explains how Rivelle handles information for The Places You Shine.
2. Information collected
Rivelle collects the passport number; name; birthday month and day; email; phone; TikTok handle; language, contact and marketing choices; mailing address; program acceptances and timestamps; moment date and location; bikini model and color; memory text; public TikTok link; validation and seal-shipping status; and basic technical records necessary to operate and secure the website.
3. Why Rivelle uses it
Information is used to activate and authenticate the passport, prevent duplicate or unauthorized entries, validate moments, contact participants about their journey, ship seals or program gifts, keep program records, respond to requests, protect the service, comply with law, and—only when the participant chooses yes—send promotional email or phone/SMS communications.
4. Public post validation
The submitted TikTok post must be public at the time of validation. Rivelle uses the submitted link to view the post, verify the program rules and record the validation result. Program participation does not authorize Rivelle to download, reproduce, republish, advertise with or otherwise reuse the photo or video. A face is never required.
5. Service providers and disclosures
Rivelle may share information with service providers that host the website and database, support communications, validate public posts, and fulfill shipping, only as needed for those services and subject to appropriate obligations. Rivelle may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction. Rivelle does not sell personal information for money.
6. Retention
Rivelle keeps registration, acceptance, validation and fulfillment records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the five-moment journey, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations and protect legitimate business interests. Records are then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. The public post remains on TikTok under the participant’s control; Rivelle retains the submitted link and validation record, not an authorized marketing copy of the image.
7. Security and international processing
Rivelle uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No online system is completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
8. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, withdraw promotional consent, or ask a privacy question by emailing care@rivellebeachwear.com. Rivelle may need to verify your identity and may retain limited records where required by law or to document the program transaction and prior validation.
9. Adults only and changes
The program is for adults age 18 or older and is not intended for children. Rivelle may update this Policy and will post the effective date; material changes will be presented for renewed acceptance when required.
