THE PLACES YOU SHINE
Program Terms & Conditions
Effective August 22, 2026. Please read these Terms before activating a Rivelle passport or submitting a moment.
1. Operator and eligibility
The Places You Shine is operated by RIVELLE BEACHWEAR CORP (“Rivelle”), 1101 Brickell Avenue, South Tower, 8th Floor, Miami, FL 33131, USA. Contact: rivellebeachwear@gmail.com. Participation is voluntary and limited to persons who are at least 18 years old.
2. A separate post-purchase experience
This program is separate from TikTok Shop ratings and product reviews. Rivelle does not require or reward a review, rating, recommendation, positive opinion or particular sentiment. A participant may express an honest opinion, including a negative one, without affecting validation under the published moment rules.
3. How the five moments work
Each passport holds five distinct real occasions or places. For each moment, the participant must publish an original public TikTok photo or video, tag @rivellebeachwear, include a clear disclosure that participation may result in a collectible seal, and submit the public link through this website. The post must remain public until validation is complete.
4. Visual rules
The Rivelle bikini or a clearly visible part of it must appear, and the setting or place must be recognizable. A face is never required. The closed passport, pouch or seal may appear, but cannot replace the bikini. Never display an open passport or its number. Content may not be AI-generated, copied, stolen, reused as another moment, unlawful, explicit, hateful or otherwise unsafe. The participant must have permission for recognizable third parties and protected material.
5. Validation and seals
Rivelle may validate or reject a submission based on these rules and may request correction of an incomplete link or disclosure. A seal is a collectible program item with no cash value, is subject to successful validation, availability and deliverable shipping information, and is not compensation for a product review. Rivelle may modify or end the program prospectively, but will honor properly validated moments submitted before an announced end date where reasonably possible.
6. Content choices and publicity authorization
Publishing a moment, tagging Rivelle, and sending its link allow Rivelle to access and review that public post for program validation. They do not, by themselves, authorize Rivelle to republish the content. For each moment, the participant may separately choose whether Rivelle may repost that content on Rivelle’s owned organic social channels, website or email. Choosing “No” does not affect validation, eligibility or the seal.
If organic reuse is authorized, the participant grants Rivelle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license for five years from submission to reproduce, display, publish and reasonably format the submitted photo or video, caption, first name and social handle for those authorized organic uses. Rivelle may crop, resize, caption, subtitle, translate, mute or replace audio while preserving the substance of the moment. The participant keeps ownership and may contact Rivelle about future use.
Paid advertising, Spark Ads, whitelisting and other paid campaign uses are not authorized through program enrollment. If the participant chooses to be contacted about such an opportunity, Rivelle must obtain a new, specific agreement before paid use.
7. Disclosure and platform rules
Your disclosure must be easy to notice and understand near the beginning of the caption or video, for example: “I’m participating in The Places You Shine and may receive a collectible Rivelle seal for sharing this moment.” Hashtags alone may not be sufficient. You must also follow TikTok’s current terms, branded-content tools and community rules.
8. Contact and communications
Program messages needed to authenticate the passport, validate moments, resolve a submission, and mail seals are part of managing your requested participation. Promotional email and promotional phone/SMS choices are separate and may be declined without losing eligibility. Consent to marketing may be withdrawn by contacting Rivelle.
9. Disclaimers and governing law
Participation is at your own choice and risk. Do not enter unsafe or restricted locations or create content while driving or in dangerous conditions. To the extent permitted by law, the program is governed by Florida law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective.
10. Changes and records
Rivelle records the applicable Terms version, acceptance time, and the participant’s separate content choices. Rivelle may update these Terms for future registrations or moments. Material changes will be presented for renewed acceptance when required.
